Phase 2: Campaign Architecture (Weeks 2-3) Information Needed: Customer Segmentation Data, Use Case Prioritization, Compliance Requirements MBI Activities:

  • Build customer segments using your available behavioral and demographic data points
  • Configure campaign logic and promotional mechanics based on your prioritized use cases
  • Implement compliance controls and approval workflows per your regulatory requirements
  • Create campaign templates aligned with your marketing objectives and budget parameters

Phase 3: Testing & Validation (Weeks 3-4) Information Needed: Project Team contacts, Success Metrics, Budget Parameters MBI Activities:

  • Execute data validation testing to ensure accuracy across all integrated systems
  • Configure reporting dashboards and success measurement frameworks
  • Conduct user training sessions customized to each team member’s role and responsibilities
  • Set up pilot campaigns with limited customer segments for controlled testing

Phase 4: Launch & Optimization (Week 4+) Information Needed: Timeline Requirements, Operational Workflows MBI Activities:

  • Deploy live campaigns based on your approved use cases and target segments
  • Monitor campaign performance against your defined success metrics
  • Provide ongoing optimization recommendations and platform enhancements
